As a DevOps Manager, you will be leading a small, capable, team of DevOps Engineers, guiding them through best practices and streamlining approaches. You will have strong Azure exposure and will work to manage Cloud efficiencies and reduce company spend where possible following large investments into the technology. Remaining close to the action, you will be able to have technological conversations with the team around environment configuration and design plans.

As a DevOps Manager, you will drive forward the collaborative environment, working with key stakeholders from the leadership team and input into design conversations with internal Cloud Architects and Software Engineering teams.

This is an opportunity for you to come and influence ways of working, best DevOps principals, company Azure spending, you will be motivated to make improvements and take ownership of projects!

You may have –

Experience leading a technical team (specifically DevOps) whilst still remaining hands on, close to the action!

Exposure to a high availability, low latency industry sector

Strong experience using Azure technologies

Budget responsibility, seeking cost efficient methods in your approach

Experience adopting new tools and integrating to existing environments

Experiencing using programming languages such as Java, Bicep, .Net, Python, Bash.
