Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the role: 

The purpose of this role is the line management of a team of SAP Functional Consultants in delivering and supporting SAP based business solutions. 

As part of your key responsibilities you will: 

Responsible for the line management of a team of SAP Functional Consultants working in a fast-moving multi-Client environment.

Responsible for ensuring service delivery by the use of robust processes for Projects and Changes.

Responsible for delivery of Functional services to time and quality for Projects and Changes. Responsible for Team development and growth.

Responsible for supplying resources in order to deliver Projects and Changes as required by Project Management teams and Clients.

Responsible for ensuring all work delivered is peer reviewed and documented to ensure the most appropriate solution has been delivered.

Work closely with the India office Service Delivery Manager to ensure no resource issues across the wider team.

Contributing to new business bids 

About you: 

Experience of managing a team of more than 10 people

Experience as a Functional Consultant with experience in a Live Support environment and 3 or more full project lifecycle implementations

An excellent knowledge of SAP processes and configuration is required for the relevant Functional Area

Thorough knowledge of Project methodology is required, as is experience in a SAP support environment

Experienced in Managing Coaching and developing people

Experienced Leader

Experience in presentation and demonstration of solution offerings 

Qualifications 

SAP Functional certification 

You may have experience of the following: Senior SAP Functional Lead, SAP Developer, Senior SAP Functional Architect, Project Manager, SAP Solution Design Lead, Solutions Developer, SAP Functional Lead, IT Project Manager, SDLC, SAP Development, Logistics Project Manager, Software Development, ABAP Developer, etc.
