Responsibilities will include :-
Day to day management of the system, setting up new users, user level amendments, deactivation & general system queries
Resolving help-desk queries for other systems managed by the team
Project management as & when required
Setting up reports needed
Testing of the system upgrades & interim releases
Providing IT advice to colleagues
