Database Support Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
Cooper Lomaz are working with a global energy provider to source a Database Support Engineer to join their expanding team. The job role will be working alongside an experienced team of 7, supporting their external customer to resolve tickets via ServiceNow in relation to the database, providing accurate time frames and customer service
This job opportunity will suit someone who has experience in IT support that’s also been exposed to SQL Databases.
The role:
Support clients in managing faults, troubleshooting and resolving on the database
Support the wider IT team in business processes and influence change
Manage the IT tickets related to the database
About you:
Experience working with T-SQL, MySQL, and PL-SQL is essential
Outstanding customer service
Experience with Linux is desirable
