3rd Line Support Engineer - Office Based Chorley - GBP 32,000 - 45,000 DOE
My client is a fast-paced and dynamic organisation that provides cutting-edge technology solutions to customers and clients across the UK. As a leader in the industry, they are always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and excellence. They are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join their successful team and progress within the company.
Joining as a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be involved with everything. You will be responsible for helpdesk task such as answering the phone, emails and tickets as well as being an escalation point for the 2nd Line Engineers and be involved with Project work. This is a great all-round role that can offer you lots of work and opportunities to further your technical skills.
Previous Experience:
** Maintaining and monitoring systems and networks
** Installing and configuring systems
** Troubleshooting hardware and software
** Resolving technical issues via phone, email or in person
** Great communication skills. Must be able to walk clients through troubleshooting steps.
** Supporting rollouts for clients, and training users when needed.
** Working to SLAs
** Managing and prioritising multiple open tickets
** Good working relationships with clients
