As an ERP Project manager you are used to:
The goal posts moving (your fault),
The requirements changing (your fault)
There isn't enough budget (your fault)
The consultants aren't available anyway (also your fault)
Everything changes constantly (your problem)
This team of 3 ERP project managers look after a Professional Services team of 15 consultants on 3 ERP products. The market is SME, so projects are typically 50 users across Finance, Manufacturing and distribution.
But it is fun and everyone is in it together, the team are supportive and cooperate. Home based, but plenty of opportunity to visit the clients. And an office day in Nottingham every 2 weeks (where the PM's all get together and have a laugh about the whole thing).

Have a lot of variety in terms of clients sectors
Varying project size from 5 users to 250 users
