Cooper Lomaz are working with a global company with an office in Ipswich to source a databse support technician to join their IT team. This hybrid job will require you to be a proactive person, who can remain calm under pressure, and be able to work in a fast-paced team. This job opportunity will be supporting software faults that are relavant to the database, responding to tickets and liaising with the wider IT team. 

The Responsibilities:

Manage the IT tickets

Support the company’s database, identifying and resolving faults

Analyse data to forecast ongoing issues and highlight positive responseAbout you:

The client is looking for someone who processes experience within IT support, working with external clients and delivering support remotely. You will:

Have experience in IT support

Have experience with SQL Server and Databases

Have experience in product support The role requires outstanding knowledge of T-SQL and PL-SQL

*Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the Ipswich office 3 days per week
