This is an on-site role based at our client in offices in Hatfield
You will have excellent inter-personal skills, with proven Service / Help Desk experience dealing with 1st and 2nd line service tickets in person and via telephone/online.
Ideally, you will be certified in Microsoft or related IT qualifications, display a good all-round knowledge of Windows, MS products, Active Directory etc, as well a good understanding of hardware (printer/scanner etc)
A starting salary of £29,000 with the opportunity for a rise after probation along with a good benefits package is available for the right candidate
