This is a hybrid role with a nice mix of office based Hatfield, Herts and remote working
You will have excellent inter-personal skills, with proven experience in 2nd line and 3rd Line support, resolving issues escalted by the Service Desk team.
Ideally, you will be certified in Microsoft or related IT qualifications, display an in-depth all-round knowledge of Windows, MS products, Active Directory etc, as well a good understanding of hardware (printer/scanner etc)
A starting salary of £35,000 with the opportunity for a rise after probation along with a good benefits package is available for the right candidate
