Job Title: Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £55,000

We are a recruitment agency looking for a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a housing organisation based in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the design, implementation and maintenance of the organisation's IT Infrastructure, including networks, systems and related equipment.

The Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer will be expected to evaluate, recommend and manage the organisation's IT Infrastructure, and take ownership of all associated tasks. They will provide technical advice to the organisation, ensuring that all IT Infrastructure is optimised and secure. In addition, they will maintain and update all relevant documentation, and ensure that the organisation's IT Infrastructure is compliant with all relevant policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following technical skills and expertise:

* Experience of designing, implementing and managing complex IT Infrastructure environments

* In-depth knowledge of server and network infrastructure hardware and software

* Ability to troubleshoot network and system issues

* Experience of developing and implementing IT Infrastructure policies and procedures

* Expert knowledge of security protocols and procedures

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
