Every now and then, an opportunity comes along to work on a tech platform that dominates an industry.

This is one of those times.

In the 15 years they’ve been in business, they’ve helped their customers generate over £2bn in sales.

Their offering? A full suite of cool tech products that enable other companies to supercharge their ecommerce game.

The team, based in Sheffield, are now on the hunt for a talented PHP to help them with backend product innovations.

Someone at mid-level is preferred, but they’re open to considering developers who’re already at senior level. They’ve got around £50k to play with.

Historically, they’ve used Symfony, but are currently in the process of migrating to Laravel. Experience with both is great, but either will do.

If you’re the sort of PHP Developer who despises frontend work, you’ll be pleased to hear that this is very backend heavy.

This isn’t absolutely essential, but if you have experience of unit testing and/or TDD you'll stand out. They’re huge proponents of best practices and coding with scalability in mind.

There’s a good sense of culture here and they like to have developers onsite once a week to protect this.
