Role: Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: Bolton

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE**

Responsibilities:

** Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support both remotely and face to face to customers

** Provide advice and support to external customers

** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner

** To build and maintain rapport with customers

** To work across both BAU and Project work
