Excellent opportunity for a People Manager with good Software Systems experience to join a global powerhouse looking to add a Software Systems Manager to their senior leadership team offering progression into IT Director, large and complex projects to get stuck into, and the opportunity to build up your team.

This company are undergoing a major modernisation project at the moment and are looking for a manager to join them on a permanent basis to lead various parts of multi-million-pound programmes and projects.

In this role you'll report directly into the IT Director and be responsible for a team of 9 System Engineers and Team Leaders. You'll be the Project Manager for all systems-related projects being undertaken across this business' multiple sites. You'll implement MES Systems, Quality Control, and make far-reaching, future focused decisions on everything from hardware through to third-party-suppliers. This will an office-based position due to the size and complexity of the projects.

The ideal candidate will be a Software Systems Manager, MES Manager, or Lead Systems Engineer looking to take a step up. Stakeholder and people management is essential for this role. Industrial or Manufacturing experience is also essential.
