About the role:
We have an exciting vacancy for an ambitious, tech-savvy and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive who loves delivering a great service and who is looking for their next career step.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure customer retention.
Onboard and train new employees on Hydracare Technology.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and the ‘go to’ person.
Work with your customers to develop and maintain a success plan.
Advise customer on best practice, proactively monitor and drive adoption of Hydracare technology features and functionality.
Conduct periodic reviews, reporting on progress and demonstrating the value of Hydracare technology and your engagement.
Build a broad set of business and IT relationships with your customers.
Raise, report technical issues to the technical support manager and work with the core team to solve customers' challenges.
Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
What we need from you:
Degree, equivalent or relevant industry experience.
Passionate for being customer facing and embracing technology.
Tech-savvy and good with IT
Experience of delivering services such as configuration, training and health checks.
A self-starter, highly organised and proactive individual.
An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience of escalation management.
Executive presence and an ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
Ability to influence others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Track record of delivering chargeable services
