IT Support Technician- Worthing- Hybrid

Details on the position:
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours a week with flexible start time
Permanent role
Salary: £24,000-£28,000
Hybrid role, one day a week of your choice from home
Experience required:
Able to manage a varied workload and multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to work one-on-one with clients as well as within a support team;
Being good at listening and understanding a technical issue to provide clear, unambiguous feedback;
The ability to break down an issue logically, providing a solution based on methodical problem solving;
Having a steady disposition and being patient with technical setbacks or time-consuming problems;
Having experience working across multiple operating systems like MacOS, Windows and Linux;
Having some familiarity with command line shells like Terminal in MacOS or Command Prompt / Powershell in Windows.
DNS, DC, DHCP and AD / AAD experience.
Azure user / document permissions and controls experience.
Confident communication skills.
Teams and Teams telephony experience.
Power BI experience preferred
Job responsibilities:
Installing software and providing instructions and training for users on using that software.
Assisting with permissions control, document control and Access within a Share Point Cloud environment.
Ensuring that user accounts are created and updated in line with business needs.
Helping to create manuals or tutorials for staff or customers on accessing servers, logging in to private business networks or using a new software package.
Troubleshooting IT issues with staff members and third-party service providers.
Supporting all aspects of Office 365.
Providing a record of any support calls.
Repairing hardware.
Providing Microsoft Business Central support and training.
Supporting the IT infrastructure, servers, telephony, and cloud services.
Providing Microsoft Business Central support and training.
Creating / Updating common templates within Business Central.
