Avanti Recruitment are currently working with a specialist in the design, manufacturing and servicing of machinery that supports the oil & gas industry. They are looking for a C# Developer to join their team.

They are looking for someone to attend their office 5 days a week, this is based in their headquarters in Aberdeen.

For this role they are interested in Developers who have just finished University, or Developers that have been in the industry for a number of years and are looking for a new opportunity.

This is an opportunity to work for a company that offer opportunities for training and development and to within a modern team with CI/CD pipelines & Azure DevOps.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a keen traveler as they have resource and equipment to work with clients all around the world particularly in the US, Middle East & Africa.

Within this role you will work on a range of projects these include, development of new and existing features – mostly in C#, to troubleshooting tasks at local or global client locations. You will also assist Service Engineers around the world to complete bug fixes.

Key skills: C#, ASP.NET & SQL Server

Desirable: Exposure to control systems & specifically Rockwell or Siemens PLC’s an advantage
