Net Core Developer - Derby (on-site) - GBP 40,000 - 45,000 DOE

An opportunity has become live for an experienced .Net Core Developer to join an award-winning software company.

My client is a global provider of software and data services and is looking for you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design and develop enterprise-grade software using the .NET Core framework.

This is an on-site position and requires you to work from the Derby-based office. Therefore, you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following key skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience (5 years) in .NET Core development, including ASP.NET Core, MVC

Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming

Familiarity with databases and SQL

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Mentorship of junior developers

Typescript (desirable)

Experience with e-commerce and data platforms (desirable)
