Lead .NET Developer- Remote/Fleet- Up to £85k + Bonus and Benefits

Our client an industry leading technology brand, part of a consortium of household brands that service the insurance industry are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their team on a hybrid working arrangement in their office in Fleet (2 days a week on site with some flexibility).

The client have a mission to bring the insurance industry into the modern world, leveraging technology.

Due to expansion the client are looking to bring in a Lead Software Engineer to work on their public facing applications and you will be responsible;

Setting technical and product direction

Lead and build a team of Engineers, cross functional

Influence Technical Direction and coding standards

work on both greenfield and brownfield projects, new application features to improve our products

make sure products are delivered with development best practice in mind, automation testing of built features

Managing the engineering team on a day to day basisTechnology required;
