Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite in Manchester

Purpose- To develop the Co-op's IT architecture around CRM to ensure that it effectively supports and delivers the business strategy

Some descriptions

Undertake the enterprise design and assurance work on allocated projects and initiatives, to ensure it is completed to appropriate standards and meets requirements (business, functional and non-functional)

Ensure that the CRM services are architected and delivered as reusable components, from technology, management and operational perspectives.

Assure change programmes by adhering to appropriate standards, processes and policies and internal governance processes

Advise change programmes across the CLS/FNC/Coop and ensure awareness of design standards, development life cycle processes.

A strong leadership and stakeholder management experience is essential to this role.

Experience in:

Solution Architecture (EA)

Broad CRM experience around Solution Architecture - Our client are making the move to Microsoft 365 so any exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics is preferred

Will ideally come from a Legal or Compliance driven activities background - they will be working across change programmes across Legal / Funeral care etc
