Commercial Services Group is recruiting for an ICT Support Engineer on behalf of Cantium Business Solutions, which is part of Commercial Services Group.

The Role

Cantium have an opportunity in our Corporate Remote Support Team. Our ICT Support Engineers support a range of services including O365, Windows 10 application support, software installs, VPN, remote desktops and InTune.

The ICT Support Engineer's cover a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work from our Kings Hill based office 2 days per week therefore please consider this applying for this role.

Key Duties

Following agreed procedures, provides advice to customers on systems, products and services which are available to them.

Responds to requests for support remotely, resolving Incidents and Requests and promptly allocates unresolved calls to appropriate team, keeping the customer informed of actions taken.

Assists with providing an effective interface between users and service providers, including external commercial suppliers where applicable. 

 Makes initial diagnosis of any problems and advises known solutions where applicable. Investigates more complex technical issues sharing this knowledge with colleagues.

For all products, services and systems within the area of responsibility, demonstrates, installs and commissions desk-top systems and their routine upgrades. Provides information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities etc.

Assists other ICT support and project teams when required.
