Technical Support Technician-Haverhill-£(phone number removed)
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Technician on behalf of our client based in Haverhill! This is a role perfect for someone with great customer service skills and a keen interest in I.T!
Salary: £23-24k
Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)
Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, company pension, life assurance, company bonus scheme
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from clients providing 1st line support
Assess the nature of the incident and try and guide the customer through the fix
If needed, prioritise jobs for engineers to visit site to carry out repair
Maintain the installation diary for an area, ensuring jobs are handled in the most efficient manner
Liaise with engineers and internal teams to ensure works are logged correctly on completion
Escalate any issues to the Service Desk Manager if required
What are we looking for?
Office based Administrative and Customer Service experience essential
Extremely strong I.T skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
An excellent communicator with great attention to detail
Proficient experience with a range of software packages
Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Scheduling role would be amazing!
