What to expect:
Work with customers to implement hosted/cloud-based Solutions.
Assist in setting up and supporting their customers on their various hosted service platforms.
Escalate customer service issues to their partner channels, ensuring key SLAs are maintained.
Produce monthly service reports for customers.
Support internal staff in the use of systems and telephony.
Managing support tickets and reports.
Maintain internal company systems.

Requirements:
Be customer-focused with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
Have an understanding or support experience of Azure, AWS or Office 365.
Have experience working with and managing hosted/cloud-based technologies.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A degree in IT or a science-related subject, or equivalent. (If no work experience, nice to have)
Have an understanding of, or have had previous exposure, to APIs. (Nice to have)
Have a positive attitude, with a will and ambition to work across a wide range of leading technologies and solutions.
Have strong organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team within a busy technical environment
