Got a year two of 1st line support experience under your belt? Know your Exchange/365, Active Directory and Windows Server yet want to broaden into other areas like databases, CRMs, networks and backup solutions, as well as project work in the future? Perhaps you feel you’ve gone as far as you can, want a bigger (or smaller) environment or want to be one of the go-to people in the IT Department?
You’ll work with an array of technology (see above) and enjoy solving problems, be they very small ones or coming up with a new, innovative idea to help out a colleague with a better solution. It’s not a prerequisite, but that drive to help and improve where possible is what keeps you going.
The company’s great – well-established, down-to-earth and full of friendly technical and non-technical people. Staff turnover is low, morale is high and this role’s a backfill due to an internal promotion, so there’s scope to progress (both career-wise and financially) within 12 months.
