About the role:

Be accountable for complex products that involve multiple internal/external stakeholders

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution

Set clear goals and KPIs for team members - periodically reviewing all the KPIs

Identify and remove impediments faced by the team

Work with colleagues to proactively overcome any risks/ delays in the commitments

Be responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed product KPIs

Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting is in placeWe're looking for a mix of the following:

Commercial experience leading a team of Product Managers

Experience taking 1 new product from concept to completion/live

Strong stakeholder management skills - you'll have worked with senior stakeholders to understand future demands and align allocation/ hiring

Knowledge and experience of product management best practice and methodologies

Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills

Experience handling conflicts and conducting appraisals

Ability to hire and coach a team of Product ManagersLocation

They're HQ'd in Manchester they offer remote and flexible working. They do meet up so living in and around the North West is ideal.
