IT Field Engineer - Northwest Region

Seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to join our leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) client. Covering the stunning Northwest region, you'll tackle exciting challenges and deliver exceptional on-site technical support. In this role you won't need you to stay over or spend long periods of time away from home. Applicants must have a Full Driving License and their own vehicle. Mileage allowance will be paid along with the salary.

The successful candidate will have experience with Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, installing switches, routers, firewalls, and VMware/Hyper-V.

Responsibilities:

** On-site servicing and repairs of hardware and software faults.

** Proactive duties like security updates and site surveys.

** Installations of servers, PCs, and peripherals at customer premises.

** Maintain a professional and polite approach in all interactions.

** Identify sales leads and provide brochures to interested customers.

** Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.

** Submit completed work payment promptly.

** Ensure no virus transmission between customer and company equipment.

Salary: GBP 24,000 - 34,000 DOE
