Excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing company with a family feel that is keen on developing their IT skills and have prior experience working in a busy service desk environment.

The company is a well-established and are currently growing with an increase in customers to provide their service too. They currently work with the latest Microsoft Technologies and provide technical support to a wide range of customers in the UK especially Essex.

In this role you will develop your IT skills, challenge your current IT knowledge, and provide excellent customer service as you will be the first point of contact. This could be via telephone or email. This role will be working 5 days onsite in the company's main office in Braintree helping the service desk.

The ideal candidate will have a previous experience in providing excellent customer service and be keen on developing their understanding on Microsoft Stack technologies. This role is 5 days on the service with no option working hybrid.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to work with the latest Microsoft Technologies and work in a family feel environment.

The role:

Provide 1st line and 2nd line technical support for customers and users across the UK

Escalate or manage tickets that you receive from users

Provide great customer service to users and be able to manage time effectively in a busy environment

The person

Previous 1st Line experience working on the Service Desk

Experience working in a customer service role

Experience in an MSP environment
