Excellent opportunity for an established IT Engineer to join a growing company with a family feel that is keen on utilising their IT skills and experience to provide high quality customer service.

The company is well-established and are currently growing with an increase in customers to provide their service too. They currently work with the latest Microsoft Technologies and provide technical support to a wide range of customers in the UK ranging from FTSE 100 listed organisations to start ups.

In this role you will challenge your current IT technical experience and provide excellent customer service as you will be visiting customer sites when required. Also, mentoring the junior members of the IT team. This role will be working 5 days onsite visiting customer sites from their main office in Hemel Hempstead. After 3 months with the company there will be possibility to work hybrid.

The ideal candidate will have a previous experience in providing excellent customer service and be keen on developing utilising there Microsoft knowledge to help customers. With strong experience on Meraki, Microsoft tenant set ups and administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V and Windows server 2012 and above.

The role:

Provide 2nd line and 3rd line technical support for customers and users across the UK.

Manage tickets that may be escalated for junior team members.

Provide great customer service to users and be able to manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Travel to customer sites when required to provide technical support.

The person

Previous 2nd line and 3rd line experience.

Experience working with Microsoft technologies like Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Teams, Hyper - V.

Experience in an MSP environment.

A full UK driving license.
