This company specialise in offering 1st and 2nd line support NHS trusts across the country. 2023 is set to be an exciting year for the company as they look to rapidly expand and invest heavily into their staff and infrastructure.
In this role you will work from home offering hhelpdesk support to NHS trusts. The will include the pre configuration of laptops, Answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them, using clinical software tools like EMIS and SystmOne to communicate effectively and offering 1st line support.
The ideal candidate will be have experience working for or with the NHS in an IT helpdesk role and have experience working on EMIS and SystmONE.
This is a great role for an IT helpdesk technician to join a rapidly expanding company where you will play a vital role in their growth and development.
The role:
*Pre-configure laptops
*Provide fast and technical assistance to customers and users
*Answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
*Using clinical software tools like EMIS and SystmOne to communicate effectively.
*1st line support
The person:
*Helpdesk experience
*Experience offering helpdesk support to the NHS
*Experience with the EMIS and SystmOne
*Happy with £26k
*Commutable to Newcastle
