Our clients are the market leader in Cloud Software for Universities, their mission is to produce high-quality, ever-evolving software and deliver expert services that clients value.

They are recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join the growing Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Projects, the role of a Junior Project Manager is to plan, coordinate and ensure successful implementations of software systems for clients around the world.

The Role:

* Act as the main point of contact to the client, on behalf of all project associates.

* Coordinate resources to ensure the project is delivered on time, to budget, and meets the committed specification.

* Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans to meet business and client requirements.

* Manage multiple projects, simultaneously.

* Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and report on project status.

About you:

* Knowledge of the principles and methods of project management

* Hold practical experience in project management in previous employment.

* Able to engage client staff and successfully transfer knowledge in training.

* Skilled in the creation of documentation that is clear and user-friendly.

* Able to monitor and report on project progress.

* Able to make appropriately thought-through recommendations for software configuration and design improvements to enable clients to maximize the benefits of their investments.

* Can engage client staff in delivering necessary decisions and outputs to maintain project timelines.

* Ability to cope with the occasional long day for more distant clients (UK)
