Graduate Technical Consultant - Sheffield - GBP £20,000 - £30,000 DOE

A new and exciting position has recently become live with a leading provider of technology solutions and services.

They searching for a career-driven and motivated Graduate Technical Consultant with a passion for technology and a drive for building strong client relationships to join their IT team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales and engineering teams, bridging the gap between their cutting-edge technology solutions and their valued clients.

This is an on-site role that will require you to attend the Sheffield office. You will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions accordingly.

Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our technology.

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the cycle, helping clients understand how our solutions can solve their specific challenges.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.

Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights, addressing concerns, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth handover of projects and gather customer feedback for product improvement.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A strong passion for technology and a sound understanding of IT and software solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically in situations.

Effective presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging demonstrations and compelling proposals.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical consulting is a plus.Benefits:

A monthly bonus of up to £10,000 after probation

2-year career progression with a base of £45,000 and £15,000 bonus
