Senitor are working with an exciting company in the retail sector which have a key focus on providing outstanding customer service and which is seeing impressive year-on-year growth. Based in Cheadle, they are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their dedicated IT department and provide software and hardware support to end-users.

Summary of the Role:

Respond to technical issues and queries, prioritising these depending on the needs of the business.

General support and maintenance of PC hardware.

Software installations

Create accounts and set up new users.

Inventory management of software licenses.

Skills / Experience required:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar IT Support role.

Knowledge of Windows Servers and Operating Systems

Understanding of PC hardware setup

Office 365

Active Directory / Azure AD
