IT Hardware Coordinator, Permanent/£25k-£28k DOE plus bonus plus other fantastic benefits, Dorset based (Please only apply if you are able to travel to Dorset 5 days per week)
Fantastic opportunity to join an established team to help support the IT delivery function to manage requests for IT installations. This will include providing support to internal and external parties, creating reports and carrying out activities during the full lifecycle.
You will already have a background in a Hardware coordinator role and you will bring your skills and expertise to demonstrate your capabilities to support the hardware and software installs.
Key requirements:
2 Years minimum experience of ITIL v3/v4
Demonstrable background in managing IT requests including installations
Excellent customer service skills
Technically minded
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
