Collective site agreement (CESA), PAYE hourly rates:
Basic £15.47
OT1 £23.21
OT2 £30.94
Bonus £1.55
Plus £44.58 accommodation allowance and periodic travel time/rail fares where applicable.
22 days holiday and bank holidays (8 days)
