IVC Evidensia is a leading global provider of veterinary care.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our growing team in delivering exceptional infrastructure support to our clinics and wider UK business.
The role will involve resolving infrastructure issues for our veterinary clinics’ networks and servers. The successful applicant will help our staff to ensure their desktop environment is fit for purpose and operating in line with infrastructure, licencing and security requirements.
What we look for in you:
* Several years hand on infrastructure support experience
* A detailed knowledge of networking environments/equipment (routing/ switching / IP connectivity / site-to-site VPNs etc.)
* 3rd line understanding of Windows Desktop and Server environments
* Experience working to SLAs and updating and resolving infrastructure support tickets.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office one day per week.
