Role: Scrum Master
Duration: 6 months (extension options)
Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
Location: Warwick (Hybrid) 1 to 2 days a week in Office

Job role:
Adaptable and results-oriented Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in industry. Proven ability to lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Working with the product owners and subject matter experts to bring their strategy to life. You're accountable for supporting the delivery of successful business initiatives and features needed for our products.
Key Accountabilities:
Track initiative progress, identify risks and work with the wider team to develop mitigation plans.
Work with the wider team to ensure stakeholder comms are in place and effective
Support team members in identifying and removing impediments, promoting an Agile culture and mindset, and removing conflicts
Ensure the team are motivated, are free from distractions and understand the long-term objectives and short-term goals.
Ability to document and present business challenges, outcomes, findings, and workshops
You will be able to build successful working relationships and partnerships with senior business and IT management.
You will work cross-functionally with Product owners, Stakeholders, Design, Engineering and Enterprise Business Units to deliver sprint goals and outcomes effectively
Working with the product manager, you will help distil user feedback into an actionable
understanding of user sentiment for your business and product areas. Ensuring objectives are measurable.
Track and report Agile metrics to support data driven decision making
You will be able to build successful working relationships and partnerships with senior business and IT management.
Helping software development teams and other team members apply the Scrum framework

Qualifications and Experience:
BA/BSc degree or equivalent work experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
Additional relevant industry certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Scrum PSM, SAFe, PMI, Six Sigma) desirable
Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
Problem-solving, Leadership & Coaching
Comfortable writing documentation and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and issues
Ability to work with Jira, Jira Align, Trello and other agile toolsets
The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
The ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intellectually demanding team environment
Proven leadership, relationship, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience of Software development, Risk, Compliance and Assurance domains a bonus
