Systems Analyst / IT Systems Support (ERP / SQL) - Up To £35K!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company based in Kent. This is a rapidly expanding business that has just acquired its third site. The ideal candidate will have experience with the support of ERPs, end user support and a background in the manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst supporting ERPs

Creating and defining reports

Assisting the helpdesk with support queries

Data analysis

Working closely with business users to define workflow and requirement

Report writing and writing SQL queries

Maintaining excellent customer service for all support queries

Skills Required:

* Knowledge of and experience supporting an ERP system (ideally Prophet)

* MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience working on a IT Helpdesk in line with SLAs

SQL

Experience of database technologies

Reporting writing (Cyrstal Reports / Qlik)
