Spectrum IT's client are currently in the process of updating their internal systems and cloud based call centre software (Five9) and so are looking to recruit a Contract Salesforce Developer to help configure and customize the Five9 integration in Salesforce. This is an initial 3 month contract, INSIDE IR35 and has FULL REMOTE working.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration and Customization
Leverage your advanced knowledge of Salesforce to configure and customize the Five9 integration in Salesforce, including but not limited to data model design, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
Advanced Flow Development
Utilize your expertise in Salesforce Flows to design, develop, and implement complex automated processes, including multi-step approval workflows, advanced data manipulations, and integration with external systems.
System Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce administration-related to dialler integration tasks, including user management, security and access control, data management, and system maintenance.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Work with business stakeholders, Technical Programme Manager and Contact Centre Engineers alongside Five9 Technical Account Managers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
Solution Design and Implementation
Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging standard Salesforce functionality as well as customizations, including Flows and potentially some Apex.
Training and Support
Assist Five9 Programme team and work with company Salesforce team members to thoroughly document all changes, processes, flows and technical design. Upskill contact centre Engineer in Salesforce administration and conduct handover sessions for more complex flows to Salesforce Support team. Provide ongoing support to users ops teams and telephony engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively use and manage the solutions produced.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain data integrity, perform data uploads, and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrate explicit care to protect all personal and confidential data and information you may encounter about employees, customers, members, suppliers (this list may not be exhaustive) whether that data is held on computer or found in manual, paper systems.
Skills & Experience
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) is required.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce Flows is essential.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a track record of successful implementations and enhancements.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to flows, page layouts, and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and intuitive solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
Knowledge of CTI Implementations
