I am looking to recruit an ERP Finance Implementation Consultant for my client who are Epicor Authorised Partner. Their principal products and services are the sales of accounting ERP software based around the Epicor product range covering accounting, professional service automation, distribution, customer relationship management. The related services provided include project planning, implementation and configuration consultancy, customisation programming, training and support.
This is a hybrid role requiring to successfully implement ERP software solutions at client locations across the UK, and Europe/Worldwide. Extensive UK, with potentially some European and worldwide travel will be required. To that end you are most likely residing around 2 hours drive from the Midlands area with easy access to the motorway network. Travel to office or customer sites could average say 2 days per week. But some weeks may be 5 days at home and then the next week out 4 days depending on the project reqirements.
Experience
1. To have experience, and track record of implementing similar products to Epicor or Greentree. Epicor:- Sun Accounts, Great Plains, Navision, Agresso, Sage Enterprise, Open Accounts etc. Greentree:- Access accounts, SAP Business One, Exchequer, Sage Mid Level
2. To have and maintain a good knowledge of accountancy. Good understanding of Financial/management accounts and reporting inc COA design and Job Costing/Project Accounting, including base Financial Ledgers, Multi-currency and consolidations.
3. Experience of Distribution/CRM/Training and eModules would also be beneficial.
4. Ideally you will have implementation experience of project accounting or distribution solutions.
5. Good understanding of the range of software and hardware tools used for delivering solutions.
6. The ability to be trained on any software that may be delivered by the company.

2. Interpret clients needs and to implement the software solutions to meet their requirements
3. To be able to work to specific project plans and deadlines.
4. To be able to contribute to the ongoing profitable development and growth of the business.
5. To deliver end user training and train the trainer
6. To complete comprehensive documentation to a high standard including specifications, customer specific process guides and training documentation
7. Accounting Knowledge design of COA
Technical Skills :
1.
1. To have and maintain good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
2. To understand installing applications, both server and client side including Terminal Services.
3. Ability to interrogate and report on the data held within the database (eg, using report queries/SQL).
4. A willingness to learn data query languages to an adequate level for consulting purposes
