As a BI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and providing valuable business intelligence to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain reports and dashboards on Microsoft 365 platform to provide visibility into key business metrics and performance indicators.

Utilize Microsoft Power BI and other relevant tools to create visually appealing and interactive reports that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data connectivity and integration between Microsoft 365 applications and other data sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and data engineers to understand business requirements and define data analysis goals.

Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment.

Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to extract insights from complex data sets.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in creating and maintaining data models.
