Up to £45,000 DOE

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help our organization make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Gathering and analysing data to support business decisions

Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)

Identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency

Gathering Requirements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies

Conducting market research and competitive analysis

Creating reports and dashboards to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders

Contributing to the development of business plans and budgets

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience business analysis or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools

Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
