Software Support Developer - Hertford

Responsibilities:

Provide 3rd /4th line software support to clients.

Manage the monitoring platform.

Troubleshoot and analyse and issues identifying the problem and then resolution.

Run and contribute during P1/ P2 issues.

Bug Fixes

Contribute to change planning and deployment

Occasional out of hours work for client emergency (on a rota basis)Skills:

Java

Experience supporting Java applications

XML or JSON

JSP, Servlets, JavaScript

ANSI SQL and JDBC

J2EE container such as TomCat

AgileDesirable:

Workflow systems/ CRM/ SCM/ ERP solutions

MySQL/ MSSQL/ Oracle/ Maria DB

React/ Angular/ Vue

Inventory/ warehouse management Systems

iOS/ Android

AWS/ Azure

Docker/ Kubernetes
