2nd Line Support Analyst
A national law firm are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their IT team based at their Southampton head office.
It’s a really busy time at the firm, particularly within the IT team, as they’ve recently merged with another law firm and the team are tasked with ensuring that everyone is using the same systems, applications and all offices have the appropriate infrastructure in place, whilst maintaining business as usual.
This is a newly created role, joining an IT team of 10 people you’ll be responsible for providing onsite and remote support (1st and 2nd line). It’s a visible and varied role where you’ll be supporting users at their desks through floorwalking as well as remotely via telephone and email.
Ideally, this role would suit someone who has gained some previous experience in an IT support role covering 1st and 2nd line, however, they are open to people who are keen to take the next step up and move into a 2nd line role. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate knowledge across most of the following:
* Windows server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory – including users, groups and permissions, Exchange, Citrix.
Ideally you’ll have some experience with hardware support (including printers), some networking knowledge (switches and routers) and any experience with Intune would be really beneficial.
