IT Support Engineer - Carlisle
A well-established agricultural supplier & distributor with 33 years operating experience and 32 sites across the UK have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with support experience to join their growing IT Function responsible for the continued supporting & Growing their Enterprise IT Infrastructure estate.
This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who is looking to gain experience in IT implementation projects with a company who are investing heavily in their IT Infrastructure with multiple enterprise IT infrastructure projects over the next 2 years.
Experience Required
Experience in IT Support/Service Desk Engineer
Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016, O365, M365,
legacy Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory
Installation and configuration of business software.
Find solutions to problems and have a hands-on approach to support activities.
experience in a technical troubleshooting and/or first point contact with end-users and/or customer service role.Desirable
Technical Support - Dynamics 365 F&O or other modules
Responsibilities
Experience in a Similar IT Support/Service Desk Engineer role
Excellent customer service, stakeholder management and third-party management skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including those related to printing problems.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Ability to learn new technology and applications
