Cooper Lomaz are working with a national company with an office based in Norwich to source a talented infrastructure engineer. This job opportunity would suit someone who has experience working across all levels. Your responsibilities will be delivering support across all levels to colleagues and clients remotely, and responding to tickets. You will be providing updates to faults via the phone to clients, and managing their expectations.
About you:
Experience working with SQL and window servers
Experience working with Azure
Knowledge of PowerShell, VMware and Networks
