Our Tech client who provide next generation EPOS technology to a huge range of national and international retail customers, are recruiting for an experienced EPOS Field Service Engineer to support the delivery of the customer EPOS project requirements including structured cabling, software upgrades, IMAC and remedial shop technology fitting works.
This is a remote / field based role, covering the Southeast region.
Key Duties:
Visit customer sites to deliver projects including structured cabling works, data comms, IMAC work, software upgrades, and decommissioning of equipment.
Deliver works in line with H&S standards at all times.
Keep customer and project Team informed at all times of the progress of the work and ensure smooth communication between the company and the customer.
Completion of all relevant documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
Successful implementation of agreed works to achieve 95% right first time rate.
Required Experience:
EPOS experience in a field service capacity.
Excellent technical knowledge of hardware & software.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
High degree of flexibility in terms of hours of work and location.
High level of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Full clean driving license.
