Job Title: Service Desk Team Leader
Location: Central Leeds
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 + great benefits
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join a leading property and sales organisation based in Central Leeds. As the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients, providing technical assistance and responding efficiently to customer queries.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
Manage and lead the service desk team, monitoring their performance and providing feedback
Liaise with clients and ensure that they receive the best possible service
Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and resolve customer complaints
Implement and maintain service desk processes and procedures
Provide technical advice and assistance to customers
Monitor and maintain system performanceTechnical Skills Required:
Proven experience of working in a service desk environment
Experience of managing and leading a team
Excellent customer service skills
Windows 7/10
Windows Server
Active Directory
Data protection
Firewalls
Networking- routers/switches
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA full UK driving license is a requirement for this role as it involves occasional travel to support other sites, project management and meetings with stakeholders within the business.
