2nd Line IT Support - Legal Industry - Central Leeds

Salary: Up to £27,000 - Enhanced holiday allowance and pension

We are a leading recruitment agency, looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support to join our client in the Legal industry, based in Central Leeds.

The successful candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line Support for a wide range of IT issues, including but not limited to; hardware & software installation, network issues, server maintenance, and user access & security.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

* Experience in technical support

* Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016

* Experience with Office 365

* Good understanding of networking principles, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

* Good understanding of VMware, Citrix and Hyper-V

* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

Experience wiorking within the legal sector or a professional environemtn is desireable but not essential.
