Job Title: 2nd Line Mac Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000+

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 2nd Line Mac Engineer to join our rapidly growing IT team in Leeds.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the deployment, maintenance and support of Mac systems and associated hardware/software as well as working with Windows operating systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Mac systems, hardware and software on site

* Monitoring and maintaining systems performance

* Maintaining hardware and software inventory levels

* Provide technical assistance to users with Mac systems queries

* Ensure that all technical documentation is up to date

* Identifying and resolving system issues

* Maintaining network issues

* Liaising with third-party vendors

Required Technical Skills:

* Proven experience in configuring, installing and supporting Mac systems

* Experience working in a technical support role

* Demonstrable knowledge of Mac OS

* Good understanding of networking principles

* Experience with remote support tools

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently
