A Junior IT Support Engineer is required for a worldwide, award-winning technology company, based near Maidenhead. A salary of up to £21,000 is offered, depending on experience.

This role would really suit a school leaver, who has a strong interest in IT. This company are renowned for developing their staff and promoting within! You’d have a great opportunity to begin a long, successful career in IT.

The role wants you to join the technical team, supporting customers via phone, email and live chat too. You will report issues back to the technical team. You will test new drive and SDK releases and guide customers with regards to products. You will support staff on technical solutions and demonstrate equipment at exhibitions.
