Our utilities client based in Warwick have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Change Management Lead with specific experience in stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments. join them for an initial 6-month contract.
Location: Warwick (1 day a week in office, this will usually fall on a Tuesday. Flex will be needed as some weeks in office expectations may be higher)
Rate: Competitive Day rate
Contract Length: This will initially be a 6-month contract however there will be potential for extension.

change impact assessments
applying a structured change approach and lead change management activities for SAP.
Work with business and project teams to put resources in place to meet project outcomes.
Own and update SAP Change plan and ensure sufficient consideration of business change across programme activity and plans.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change process.
Attend relevant government meetings
Report progress to and collaborate with separation programme change lead.
The Role:
This role will be responsible for taking the user community on a journey and working with them to understand what the changes that are being implemented mean for them, working with them through the transition so they understand and get the support with training etc they may need to change how they do things now. Working with the comms team to help develop changes to intranet and any comms that need to go out.
